Heart Script is a digital service. The moment you click Generate, we pay the model provider, and that cost is not refundable to us. So we don’t offer refunds for buyer’s remorse — but we do owe you a working product, and if you didn’t get one, we’ll make it right.
One-time purchases are non-refundable. If the service failed to deliver what you paid for — generations consumed by a server error, output that never arrived, a stuck checkout — write to us and we’ll fix it directly, usually by restoring generations or, where appropriate, refunding the purchase. We decide case by case, on the actual facts, not on a script.
Every generation costs us real money the second you press the button. Wedding-vow purchases are also, by their nature, single-occasion — there is a real risk of someone generating a complete vow, copying it, and then asking for the money back. A 7-day or 14-day window would punish honest customers with higher prices to cover that loss. We’d rather keep the price at $19 and handle exceptions individually.
We’ll refund or restore generations when:
In most of these cases we’ll restore generations rather than refund — because what you wanted was the vow, not the money. If a refund is the right answer, we’ll issue it through Lemon Squeezy back to the original card.
Email [email protected] from the address on your account. Include the order number from your Lemon Squeezy receipt and a sentence about what happened. We aim to respond within two working days. A real person reads every message.
Lemon Squeezy also offers a dispute path on their side as the merchant of record — but we’d rather you write to us first. We can usually resolve things faster, and a chargeback before we’ve heard from you only makes it harder to help.
Some jurisdictions give consumers a non-waivable right to a refund — for example, EU distance-selling rules or local consumer-protection statutes. Where that applies to you, those rights stand and this policy doesn’t override them. Write to us and reference the rule you’re relying on; we’ll honour it.
For everything else, this policy and the Terms of Service are the agreement.
